Days and times will vary according to trainer and trainee’s schedule each week. Every Sunday a schedule will be provided for the upcoming week. No more than two days a week

These classes may consist up to 4 trainees per session with two trainers or up to 3 trainees per session with 1 trainer  

Once a package is purchased it is non-refundable.

A 4% processing fee is added to the price.
