Days and times will vary according to trainer and trainee’s schedule each week. Every Sunday a schedule will be provided for the upcoming week. No more than two days a week

These classes will consist up to 4 trainees per session with two  trainers. Some days at least one trainer due to emergencies. 

24/7 access to the weight room. Parent must be on campus with the student athlete not unless a coach is present at the gym during training hours. Must check in with a coach before entering weight room. 

Once a package is purchased it is non-refundable.

A 4% processing fee is added to the price.
